The Grand Majestic are a top funk-inspired pop band hailing from Brighton town. Combining the thrill of feel-good power pop with the swagger of funk, they have entertained packed venues throughout the country and risen quickly to the top of the south-coast music scene.

Fully-equipped to get the party started, the 8-piece group know just how to deliver a catchy pop hook stacked on top of a driving funky groove. TGM melodically stand up to many of todays mainstream pop artists yet give a firm tip of the hat to the old funk maestros we all know and love. In turn finding a modern sound that is unique to themselves.

With a horn section packing more power than an artillery division, The Grand Majestic have more solos than an Italian opera and more pop power than a rocket-propelled disco ball.

In between gigs at London's Waterrats, Troubadour, 229 and Underbelly venues, the group has played with L.A funk legends Breakestra, The Freestylers and recently supported The Brand New Heavies on the Brighton leg of their UK tour.
